The RTM release of RAD Studio 13 Florence includes a copy of Indy 10.6.3.11, but several Indy components are missing from the Component Palette, namely the OAuth SASL components that were added in Indy 10.6.3.7.
Shortly after the RTM release, Embarcadero posted a September patch to address several issues, including the installation of missing source files for Indy’s OAuth components. However, after installing the patch, the components are still missing from the Palette, because the patch does not install updated copies of the dclIndyProtocols370.bpl design-time package.
Embarcadero has uploaded an unofficial Sept.Patch.Indy.zip to fix this issue until a new official patch is released.
