TIdStackLinux.GetSocketOption Method

Specifies a method for reading socket options.

Parameters 
Description 
ASocket 
Handle for the socket.
 
ALevel 
Socket option level.
 
AOptName 
Name of the socket option for the request.
 
AOptVal 
Current value for the requested option. 

GetSocketOption is an abstract virtual procedure that specifies the interface used to read socket options on the platform implementing the Indy library. 

GetSocketOption must be implemented in a descendant class that provides access to the socket implementation for the relevant platform.
