destructor Destroy; override;
Destroy is the overridden destructor for the object instance.
Destroy calls Close to disable the connection for the IOHandler.
Destroy also frees and releases resources allocated to the receive buffer for the transport and the InputBuffer property.
Destroy calls the inherited destructor prior to exit from the method.
