Indicates if a Domain name is fully-qualified, but not a top-level domain name.

Parameters 
Description 
Domain name to be examined. 

Boolean - True when a fully-qualified Domain name.

IsFQDN is a Boolean function that indicates if the value in S represents a fully-qualified Domain name. IsFQDN returns True when the value in S is a valid Host name, and the value is a Domain name but not a top-level domain name.
