The Knowlege Base has been updated

I have finally gotten around to updating the Indy Knowlege Base after nine monthes.  There were some items that needed to be updated and I added an error you could get when you attempt to update the file's last modified time with the MDTM command.

I have rebuilt the Knowlege Base using Help and Manual 4.0 Professional.  For web-browser online help systems, it provides a nice searching capability in addition to an Index.  I also provided the knowlege base in downloadable Windows HTML Help (.CHM), Portable Document Format (.PDF), and self-executing (.EXE) E-Book forms.

I just wish more people would start using the Knowlege Base so we don't have to keep answering the same question over and over again.
